First & foremost: I would like to thank the Lore podcast (which has become a 6 episode series on Amazon Prime) for giving us something enthralling to listen to while completing our projects. The porch is painted and done (YES) and all the bead board from the ceiling has been stained and is currently being installed (DOUBLE YES).
So exciting to see the board go up – the room is transforming. Most of you who have been to our place know that we have this same bead board ceiling look on our front porch. We wanted to carry that through to this room for some cohesiveness.
Omggggggg it’s really happening.
Trim work will be next. We spent the weekend priming and painting roughly 30 boards.
